We introduced a cash register system and sales control package to manage sales data and orders at each store. We consistently handled all phases from system configuration consideration to requirement s defining, design and construction.
In addition to improving and optimizing operations taking into account the customer's current operation and package characteristics, we have realized the cooperation of the cash register system and the sales management package. In addition, we were able to reduce the cost of operations by incorporating customized development that is suitable for customer operations as well as standard functions.
We proposed the next system at the end of the maintenance period of the current system, which is used by customers to sell, receive, and analyze sales of products. In the previous system, store personnel manually performed ordering and shipping instruction operations (customer-specific business flows), and there were many issues, such as requiring a lot of time to respond and causing work errors.
The base is to propose to customers the operation in accordance with the package standard function, while reducing the implementation cost, in the simple work that the customer carries out in operation, such as incorporating the introduction of customized development, etc. We used standard functions and customized development to build a system that was operationally efficient while keeping costs down.
