Background and Issues

We did a lot of work on applying for Internet banking, which is signed up by a national financial institution.

There were several management books to manage applications, and a wide range of related bases, complicating the work and bloat's effort.

Workers could be replaced over a period of time, and the procedures that belonged to them were buried or information was not accurately passed on between the personnel.
