Opening core systems

Background and Issues

General-purpose machines needed knowledge to operate, and customers had to maintain a certain number of operations. In addition, because of the difficulty of education, we were forced to maintain and operate the same members for a long period of time, and we were not able to make smooth personnel changes.

For these reasons, it was urgent to improve the efficiency of the operations department through openness.

Results obtained

It is a Windows-based system, and because anyone who touches the PC can operate it, the threshold at the time of personnel change has been lowered.

In addition, the automated operations of batch processing enabled the operations department to concentrate on its operations, resulting in a reduction in the number of people.
