To eliminate the gap in customer perception, SAP Business ByDesign is done through a demonstration approach, fit&gap analysis and business flow creation. Then, the operation had been performed based on the business flow creation. With this, we able to identify that there is no problem occur after the implementation.
There was no core system at the customer's end, and all projects, quotation stake, and invoice creation were all done by hand. As a result, it took time and effort, and there were problems such as missing claims and overpayment. As the business expanded, it was necessary to promote operational efficiency, and the introduction of core systems was urgent.
We devised a mechanism (business flow) to prevent billing leaks and overpayments, which is an issue, and contributed greatly to business improvement. In addition, by realizing the visualization of data, it has led to the prevention of fraud and the improvement of business efficiency.
