Implementation of an automatic generation system for inbound / outbound work plan for overseas

Background and Issues

In recent years, the quality of disposable diapers made in Japan has been evaluated, and the demand in Asia in particular has increased considerably.

As a result, the amount of logistics produced at factories in Japan has been increasing, and it has become impossible to respond to strong demand from overseas by hand alone. As the lot units of production plans for increased demand increased, the production site and goods and exit operations became more complicated, and the planning of incoming and shipping operations was approaching the limit slower than only a few people with experience in the operation operation.

As an issue of this systemization, the business know-how of experts was incorporated into the system as business logic, and the automation generation of the in-shipping work plan was an urgent issue.

Results obtained

As a result of the system construction and actual operation, the following two effects were achieved for the RFP from the customer. The first is that the business know-how of the skilled in operations was incorporated into the system as business logic. Second, you can now plan on the process from a lot of cumbersome tasks.

This resulted in lower staffing costs.

Customers have become recognized as a system company capable of responding to improvements to other systems, and we have been able to improve our customer satisfaction.
